The 3-Outlet Distribution Box is a concrete box designed for distribution of effluent wastewater to a home's leach field. The 3-outlet is used for small leach fields with up to (3) 4" outlet pipes. It has a single side inlet. All pipe penetrations are Polylok Poly I Seals (pipe seals) to prevent groundwater intrusion.
